This notice explains what personal data Scanaro Ltd collects through willitfit.ai and when you contact us about Willitfit, why we use it, and the rights you have. It is short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Scanaro Ltd is the controller of your personal data. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17086571, with our registered office at 65 Raft Way, Milton Keynes, MK4 4TX. For anything in this notice, email [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you email us
We collect your name, email address, any company details and whatever else you choose to send. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask, to discuss pilots, integrations or working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, or, where you ask about a trial or purchase, taking steps you have asked for before entering a contract.
When you visit this website
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so that it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not identify you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website and understanding how it is used.
Everything on this website, including its fonts and images, is served from our own site. We do not use advertising, tracking pixels, social media plugins or contact forms, and we do not sell personal data.
The Willitfit demo
The prototype at demo.willitfit.ai is a separate site hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as your IP address so that it can deliver it. The demo does not ask for your personal data.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie, such as cf_clearance after you pass a security check. Cookies like this keep the site secure and do not need your consent. If we ever add cookies that do need consent, we will ask for it first.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare for website hosting, security and analytics, Vercel for hosting the demo, and Google Workspace for email. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
International transfers
Cloudflare, Vercel and Google may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK-US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to two years after our last contact. If we go on to work together, we keep business records for as long as the law requires. Cloudflare keeps technical logs for a short period under its own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it. You can also object to us using it on the basis of legitimate interests. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and let you know the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if what we collect changes, and show the new date at the top.
